CELEBRATE BY CONTACTING Ballymena and Larne Volunteer Centre Organisations...
- The competition for volunteers is huge, so how do you make your opportunity different and more appealing?
- Having good practice policies and procedures in place not only support your volunteers, but may also give you the edge with funders, so what do you include in your Volunteer Policy?
- Good practice is enhanced by good training, so where can you get inexpensive (even free!) training locally?
- Volunteers freely give the precious gift of time and they should not be out-of-pocket financially, so where could you get a small grant to support your helpers?
- When all the preparation work is done, what's the best way to recruit more volunteers?
Find the answers to all these questions at your local Volunteer Centre - WE CAN HELP!
